OUR HISTORY
The Merchant Store was an online-based spin-off from an existing retail merchant service provider, established in Austin Texas in 1997 and 2005 respectively. Over the years we have been dedicated to supporting and educating merchants and sales partners about the bankcard industry. We feel having an educated agent and merchant base is the best approach to proactive customer support.
